The Concept



Dear Fellow Health Professional,

I would like to introduce you to the virtual practice reception service that I set up specifically for healthcare practices, medical clinics, and health professionals including osteopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapist and dentists to name but a few.

I used to deal with my own appointments and as a busy Osteopath, I found it a real strain dealing with voicemails during the brief periods I had free in the day. Patients complained that I did not get back to them quickly enough, and I’m sure I missed many potential new patients by having the phone switched to an impersonal answering machine.

I also felt I could benefit from some of the other services that virtual clinic receptionists  provide, including appointment reminders and answering FAQs such as location, pricing and opening times. However, I calculated how many hours I would have to work just to pay for a full-time medical receptionist, and the cost was too high. Nor could I find a virtual clinic appointment and reception service tailored specifically to the needs of health professionals.

Knowing that I was not alone, I decided to create a solution that would cater to the needs of myself, and other health professionals such as chiropractors, physiotherapists , and even doctors in a similar position.  With broadband now widely available, I was able to develop a secure network based on diary systems which could be viewed and updated in real time by both the individual health practitioners and our team of virtual medical receptionists.

This way we provide nearly all the services of a traditional clinic receptionist, without being physically present. As a result, we now have many satisfied customers in our portfolio.
