Divert your existing practice number to your virtual healthcare receptionists full-time, or only when you require phone cover. You can divert your phones to us when your receptionist is on the phone, instead of diverting the caller to voicemail.

Your virtual practice receptionists will answer incoming calls in your practice name.

Personalised Fast Fact sheets enable your virtual practice receptionists to provide accurate information to your patients about your practice.

If IdealReceptionist is unsure how to answer your patient’s query, we will seek advice directly from you, the practitioner.

Patient appointments can be booked directly into an electronic diary that we manage in conjunction with you, or, if you prefer, we can simply provide a call answering and message forwarding service. This is our entry level solution, an alternative to the diary management module.

The electronic diary can be viewed by all practitioners remotely, via an online login.

Messages are relayed to you via the methods you prefer: text message, email, diary message or phone call.

Emergencies are communicated to you via the most appropriate means.

Your virtual practice receptionists call patients on your waiting list whenever there is a cancellation.

IdealReceptionist can send appointment reminders to your patients 24 hours prior to their appointment via text message, email or phone call.

Out of hours messages are attended to by 10am the next working day.

We can invoice and accept card payments on your behalf.

You choose when to divert your practice number—full-time or just when needed.
